Spaghetti Squash Casserole Recipe 1 lb 93-97% lean ground turkey 1 jar of low-sugar marinara sauce 1 spaghetti squash cut into rings olive oil salt and pepper 1/2 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup of fresh parmesan Slice your Spaghetti Squash into Rings and remove the seeds. Discard the seeds Lay out flat on a foil lined baking sheet for easy clean up Drizzle each side of your squash rings with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper Bake for 30-40 min at 400 degrees Brown your ground turkey and pour your sauce into the meat. Let simmer for 10-15 min When spaghetti squash done, separate the fleshy parts of the squash and mix into your sauce and turkey mixture. Place the entire recipe into a lightly greased casserole dish and top with cheese.
